During summer we often start the day with qi-gong laughter therapy or yoga. As this time of the day is a bit chilly in the autumn, winter months we schedule these for later in the afternoon.
There will be plenty of time for sleep, rest and relaxation. We have many inspiring resources available for use during this relaxation time such as natural health CD’s and DVD’s, including the must see 'Hungry For Change' & ‘One Answer to Cancer’ DVD's. Or you might like to just laze in a hammock in the sun and listen to the birds whilst enjoying one of the many inspirational spiritual or health books we have available during your stay.
Please note- this is a basic rundown of our daily programme, changing regularly to accommodate each person and the optional extras we have on offer.
Be sure to make the very most of this healing opportunity by eliminating alcohol, meat, dairy, wheat, sugar and caffeine from your diet one week before arriving at the retreat.
